It’s like AirBnB. For example Superoperator CZ don’t have own car wash sites, but the network includes Benzina’s, MOL’s and other private sites.
Facts and figures 2019
In 2019, Superoperator’s car wash platform had 250 000 active monthly users with 33 % of them monthly subscribers and 90 % user recommendation rate. Over 10 million wash and other events were transmitted through the system. 2.2 million payments and 35 million € worth of transactions were made through the platform.
The company’s customers include Axel Springer/CleverWaschen (Germany), Tommy’s Express (USA), Juhlapesu Oy (Finland), St1/Dirt (Sweden), Unipetrol/Benzina (Czech Republic), MOL (Czech Republic), and EezyWash (Australia).
Superoperator’s turnover in 2019 was € 2.7 million. The Superoperator team consists of ten experts working in Finland, the Czech Republic, Germany, and Poland. The head office and product development are located in Kuopio, Finland.
